Every physical item will be packed very carefully and protected against elements of nature to make sure your precious items get delivered to your doorstep the way it left our place!

Shipping Times
All handmade items will have a shipping time between 5-7 business days but digital items like amigurumi crochet patterns will be instantly sent to you after payment has come though.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 business days of your purchase.
The product must be in the ame condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, we'll inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5-14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, covered in smells, or you have initiated the return after 14 business days have passed, you will not eligible for a refund.
Items require to be returned in the original packaging and any costs will be paid by the customer.
